- Upkeep of the community’s common grounds and landscaping
- Access to the pool, clubhouse, and other park amenities
- A homesite for your home within Ridgewood, as set out in your Homesite Lease Agreement

Buying the home itself
You own the home, Ridgewood is the community around it
As with most manufactured housing communities, the home itself is a separate purchase from the monthly homesite fee. See the Homes for Sale page for what’s currently on the market, and call the sales office with any questions about financing or terms.
